How to Access Forms
If you have submitted an admissions application via the online admissions application form, you will have access to a variety of forms and documents via your CheckStatus area such as the ACAS current catalog, student action forms, request for diploma and others. Please use the login box on the left nav bar to log into your CheckStatus area.
