Request to Graduate - Degree, Diploma, or Certificate of Completion
To obtain a diploma, a student must submit a Request for Diploma application. This form can be completed and submitted
online. Degrees, diplomas, or certificates of completion will be released when the following conditions have been met:
1. Completion of the specific coursework requirements for the program or course in which the student is enrolled.
2. All necessary course substitution and/or transfer credit authorizations are on file.
3. All financial obligations to the college are settled.
4. Achievement of a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 for undergraduate students and 3.0 or higher for Masters students
for all coursework undertaken at ACAS.
5. Masters students must receive final approval for graduation from the department representative.
6. Payment of the U.S. $50.00 graduation fee to the college.
Degrees, diplomas or certificates are issued after final grades have been recorded by the Office of the registrar on the student's transcript and the
student's graduate status has been certified by the Office of the Registrar and approved by the V.P. of Academic Affairs.

Graduation ceremonies are planned for students in the near future in Daytona Beach, FL USA.

Login to your Student Records Page to access, complete and submit the Request for Diploma form to the Office of the Registrar.
